There's not much to say because Iowa in the UDU is pretty much the exact same in real life. The difference is that the Iowa cities in the UDU don't have the same names like in real life. An example is Saylorville in the UDU is Des Moines in real life.

Iowa is a pretty flat state and has a bit of a low population of around 3.2 million people. The state capital and the biggest city is Des Moines which has a population of around 200,000 people.
